Crave26 Events, the brainchild of Owner/Principal Event Planner Meredith R. Bond, is hosting 12 events throughout 2010 catered towards young, professional women. Collectively, these events will be called Paint the Town Pink Worcester. Each month, women will have the opportunity to indulge in the latest in fashion, dining, nightlife, beauty, health, business, art, and more. Worcester has had a surge in businesses that target young women, and at the events these businesses will be showcasing their newest products and services. This is a chance for women to network, enjoy each other’s company, and uncover hidden jewels in Worcester, all while driving much needed commerce to local businesses.

Paint the Town Pink Worcester offers a fresh spin to the age old Girls Night Out. By including a variety of businesses throughout Worcester, Crave26 Events has provided women with an eclectic mix of choices: Orange Salon, Loft 266, Calabria Ristorante, DL Fitness Studios, Trust in Tricia, SPOIL’D, Karon Shea Modeling Agency, Crave26 Events, and Ellite Promotions are just a few of the diverse participants in Paint the Town Pink Worcester.

Crave26 Events wants to offer women the ultimate in a girls’ night out experience. Sometimes it’s difficult to pick and choose where you want to go and what you want to do. With these events, Crave26 Events hopes to reveal growing market in Worcester that just can’t be ignored. Young, professional women are a substantial portion of the business world, and these women work hard and play harder. The need for up and coming beauty products, restaurants, fashion trends, lounges/bars, health spas, and salons are just a few of the necessities for this demographic ~ and Worcester has them.

As a driven professional woman herself, Meredith Bond realized the potential of the twelve events: “I became intrigued by all the great choices that I had in front me, for trying new establishments.” Wanting to share all the possibilities she saw in the city with other young, like-minded women who had similar lifestyle needs, Meredith created Crave26 Events.

Creating an avenue where all new businesses could get their names out there and reach a very specialized market was important. In addition, showing women a new, broader perspective on a girls’ night out was equally important. The Worcester businesses that embrace Bond’s vision are participating because they have much to offer these women; likewise, the women ~ both individually and collectively ~ have much to gain by familiarizing themselves with what the business sector has to offer them specifically.

Riding high on the success of its Paint the Town Pink Worcester “Women’s Spring Fix Event” at Orange Salon on April 22, Crave26 Events hosts, on May 5, the Paint the Town Pink Worcester “Kick-Off Event” at Loft 266 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Women will also have a chance to pick up a swag bag filled with great discounts and free products.
